1) Stiff arm pulldowns on pulldown machine

4 x 12 with about 4-5 plates 

2) Bent arm Pullovers with rackable ez curl bar 

35 lb bar x 12 

85 lbs x 12

85 lbs x 12

85 lbs x 12

95 lbs x 12

good back work but my chest really got some work too. Good pump ion the chest from pulovers. 

* 20 hours later chest got pretty darn sore and upper back is sore too.
